Selling/Earning is how you get money and by doing this i generally find everything else falls into place. If you have a business online or offline, or you are working for someone it is all about creating usefulness/benefit in the workplace for the actual advantage of the business. The only way to put it is, you must be at your best with business. Obtaining customers and keeping them is about creating the said usefulness/benefit.
A win-win situation must always be achieved. I believe you know when you have done it right and you also know when you haven't. Being on top of the game includes looking after yourself. Your business shines when you shine. 
Being above the rest of the crowd with business and nurturing the relationships I believe will make the customers loyal to the business.

There will be no customers without a real quality win-win situation offered.
